Most likely! While Xplan Mortgage is designed to work perfectly with our CRM, we appreciate that you may want to continue using your existing CRM. We are adding integrations to new CRMs all the time. Check the latest compatibility with our account management team.

Once we’ve received your completed application form, our account services team will process your order and provide your username and password so you can start using Xplan Mortgage straight away. Our billing team will then set up your new direct debit and our onboarding team will make sure you have all the training you need to enjoy the full power of Xplan Mortgage.

Once we’ve received your completed application form, we aim to process your order within 48hrs and get you set up as quickly as possible. If you’re looking to fully integrate Xplan Mortgage with other software, or migrate data from your existing CRM, it’ll take a little longer. Rest assured, our account managers and onboarding team will make moving to Xplan Mortgage smooth and seamless.

We are confident that you will want to stay with us for the long term, but appreciate circumstances and requirements can change, so we offer a monthly subscription option with only a three month notice period.

During set-up, your Iress account manager will discuss the data you want migrated from external software or existing Iress platforms. Our support team will then help ensure your data is safely and efficiently migrated to Xplan Mortgage.

This is the best way to get the most out of Xplan Mortgage and, depending on your current CRM system, we can usually migrate your data for you.
